Abstract:	Gallic acid and protocathechuic acid were isolated as the main antibacterial and antioxidant principles of the stem bark of Boswellia dalzielii. 4'-methoxy-(E)-resveratrol 3-O-rutinoside, incensole, and b-sitosterol were also isolated.
