| Abstract: | This paper reviewed government policies on the education of special needs persons within the purview of the National Polity on Education (2004). The problems of implementation of the relevant and needed policies were itemized and examined in order to evaluate the extent to which these have been realized. The paper advanced recommendations to ensure positive implementation processes. |
