Abstract: Athletes who frequent themselves with almost year round competitive sports are most prone to injuries. As it is normally said, prevention is better than cure. This paper has .suggested a dynamic approach on how injuries could be prevented. This paper has emphasized certain principles that if observed and followed will bring about good conditioning of athletes. The paper has also suggested approaches designed towards developing a free sport injury conditioning programme.
