Abstract: In this paper effort was made to bring out the importance of education to a society and a nation in general. It also high lightens the importance of education to every member of the society, persons with special needs inclusive. It fiuther gives a brief definition of inclusive education and finally, it outlined some strategies that a teacher teaching students with hearing impairment in an inclusive settings should employ to assist him/her in the process of teaching and learning.
