Abstract: | Education has a substantial impact on both individuals and society. For example
education helps reduce poverty (UNESCO. 2011) improve the health of young children
(UNESCO. 2011). reduce the rate of HIV infection (Pettifor.Levandowski. MacPhail.
Padian. Cohen. & Recs. 2008), and fosters peace in the community (UNESCO.2012). ln
light of this. providing a high quality education is a key goal of the Nigerian government
(Federal Republic of Nigeria. 2004). |
